charming stay at this adults-only retreat!
friendly staff multiple pools safe transportation
i've been twice! the staff is so friendly and helpful. there are many swimming pools so you'll find one that suits you. amstar staff was always at the hotel.
with all the stairs, wood and concrete, and different levels, it was easy to trip! i fell the first day and several other guests attending did too.

the main resort includes beautiful nature. there are plenty of pools, bars and restaurants available. the transportation to the beach club runs every half hour! this helps you get there whenever you want.

the main choices are an italian restaurant. it serves very good, well-presented food. a poolside grill serves great burgers and specialty pizzas plus other items. staff are available to provide drinks from the adjacent bar.

I found the staff very professional and friendly. our concierge marlen were really good too meet every request. she was very pleasant and quick to respond via text. This was helpful .
